My name is Sara Donnelly and I am the owner of Spirals Healing, a place where you will find treatments and workshops to help you bring peace and stillness to a busy and chaotic life and to support you in releasing deep rooted trauma and emotional pain.
I am a home based and mobile practitioner, fully qualified and insured, working within Surrey and the surrounding areas. I am also able to deliver some of my sessions via online platforms for those who live further away and those who are unable to physically attend my treatment rooms.
I believe in an holistic approach to treating you and your well being, aiming to bring harmony and balance to your mind, body and spirit. Holistic therapies are highly beneficial in our every day life, assisting with relaxation and stress reduction and also treating specific ailments. Receiving a treatment can also encourage and begin the body's own self healing process.
I offer a range of holistic treatments and therapies which can be booked individually or as a block booking. some treatments are able to be booked in combination. I also offer treatments in the comfort of your own home if you are unable to travel and in the workplace for health and wellbeing sessions.
I am happy to treat children under 16 years of age but request the parent or attending adult remain onsite for the treatment.
All initial treatments will include a full consultation briefing to discuss your needs and to ensure any contra-indications are dealt with prior to treatment commencing.
